COVID-19 Protocols

We continue to do everything we can to mitigate risk and prevent exposure among the dancers, faculty and staff. Everyone is practicing social distancing, wearing face coverings, disinfecting barres, floors, and any other surfaces the dancers might touch between every class. A government-approved cleaner is used in the studio to kept everyone safe.

Attention Dancers & Staff

If you have any of the following symptoms:

Fever, chills, unexplained fatigue and/or headache
New onset of cough, runny nose/stuffiness or congestion, sore throat
Lost sense of taste and/or smell
Difficulty breathing/swallowing
Digestive issues: nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain
For young children/infants: sluggishness or lack of appetite

Or you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or someone who has developed new respiratory symptoms please delay your visit and contact either your healthcare provider, Telehealth Ontario (1-866-797-000) or visit an Assessment Center for Testing.

Prior to entering the studio…

Everyone is required to complete the Covid-19 Screener FORM prior to entering.

Please complete this form prior to arriving at Fred Astaire Dance Studios - London. The form needs to be completed on a daily basis when attending classes. Dancers who are picked up for their breaks are not required to re-fill out the form before returning. This information will be stored for 30 days.
